The service
GetCarWashPOS is hosted point-of-sale software for car washes and detail shops, provided as a subscription. Features differ by plan as described on the pricing page.
Some features depend on third parties you choose — card processing, licence-plate recognition cameras, messaging and HighLevel. Their terms and fees apply to those services.
Trial
New accounts get a free trial of the length shown on the pricing page with all features enabled. No payment method is required to start. If you do not subscribe, the account pauses at the end of the trial.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, per location, at the prices published for your country. Taxes are added or included as shown for your country.
Annual plans are billed for the year up front. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
After cancellation your data remains exportable for the period stated on the pricing page and is then deleted.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully, including laws on consumer contracts, automatic renewals, tax, and privacy of the people whose data you store (including licence plates).
Do not attempt to break security, overload the service, resell it without agreement, or store card numbers in free-text fields.
Your data
You own the business data you put in the software. We process it to provide the service and under the privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers’ data.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by the desk for your country in its published hours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity stated on your invoice. Mandatory consumer and business protections of your country still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
