Multi-site reporting: the short answer

Multi-location car wash reporting puts the numbers from every site side by side — cars washed, club members, revenue, revenue per car and add-on rate — so an owner can see which site needs attention. GetCarWashPOS keeps all locations in one business account, with per-site prices and reports that filter by location or combine them.

What's in the bay

Business-wide customers

One customer list for every site.

Site comparison

Sales and profit by location, by day and by hour.

Per-site prices

Price groups when sites charge differently.

Stock transfers

Chemicals and retail moved between sites with a record.

Roles per site

Managers see their site; owners see all.

On your phone

Every report in a browser, anywhere.

When to move from Tunnel to Network

The day a member asks to use your second site. Network makes the customer list, members and fleets business-wide and adds cross-site reporting, at $129 per site per month.

  1. 1Members valid at every site
  2. 2One fleet statement across sites
  3. 3Owner view across all locations

How multi-site reporting works, step by step

The same order the software asks for it.

  1. Step 1

    Add each site

Address, tax, registers, staff and its own price group if prices differ.

  2. Step 2

    Share customers and members

Members, fleets and points are business-wide, so they work at every site.

  3. Step 3

    Compare

Sales, profit, product and staff reports filter by location or show all.

  4. Step 4

    Move stock

Transfer chemicals, towels and retail between sites with stock transfers.

What it won't do (so you can plan for it)

  • Equipment telemetry (chemical usage per car, tunnel downtime) comes from your controller vendor, not the POS.
  • Budgeting and forecasting are outside the POS; export reports to your spreadsheet or accounting tool.

Multi-site reporting: questions

What KPIs should a car wash track?

Cars washed, revenue per car, add-on rate, active club members and member visits per month, by site and by hour. Together they show volume, pricing health, selling and club value.

Can members use all my locations?

Yes on the Network plan. Customers and memberships belong to the business, so a member is recognised at every site.

Can each site have its own prices?

Yes. Assign a selling price group to a location and its prices apply there.

Can a site manager see other sites?

Only if you allow it. Roles and permissions can be limited to one location.

How much does the Network plan cost?

$129 per site per month (minimum two sites), or less with annual billing. Prices follow the country you select.

Can I transfer stock between sites?

Yes. Stock transfers move chemicals, towels and retail products with a record of what moved, when and by whom.

Can I export reports?

Yes, to spreadsheet or PDF, for your accountant or your own analysis.

Do sites in different countries work in one account?

Locations can use different tax settings and receipt layouts. For sites in different currencies, ask on your demo how we set up your account.
