How long is a demo?
About 30 minutes. A switching call (moving members and products from another system) takes about 45.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Your wash menu with prices and, if you run a club, your plan names and prices. A spreadsheet of members helps if you want to see an import.
Can the demo be in Arabic, Urdu or Spanish?
Yes. The UAE desk covers English, Arabic and Urdu; the Pakistan desk Urdu and English; the USA desk English and Spanish.
How fast do you reply?
Within 4 business hours in your market on demo requests. Messages sent at night or on a weekend are answered the next working morning.
Can I start without talking to anyone?

Is my information shared?
No. It goes to our CRM so the right desk can answer, and nowhere else. See the privacy policy for details.
Do you visit sites?
Setup is remote. For multi-site operators we can arrange an on-site go-live day; ask the desk for your country.
