How languages are set up

Four settings, from the whole business down to a single word.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the business language

Set when you create the account; it is the default for new users and receipts.

  2. Step 2

    Let each user choose

An Urdu-speaking crew member and an English-speaking owner can use the same account, each in their own language.

  3. Step 3

    Set receipt wording per location

Receipt and invoice layouts carry their own language, so a Dubai site can print Arabic and English.

  4. Step 4

    Edit any word

Custom translations let you change any label — call a "product" a "wash", or use the words your crew already uses.

Right to left, done properly

Arabic and Urdu are not just translated text. The whole layout mirrors: menus open from the other side, arrows point the other way, and numbers and plates stay left-to-right so they read correctly.

  • Mirrored layouts for Arabic and Urdu
  • Plates, prices and phone numbers kept left-to-right
  • Receipts in one or two languages
  • Custom wording for any label

Language questions

Which languages does the car wash POS support?

The interface ships with translations for many languages, including English, Arabic and Spanish, and accounts for Pakistan are set up with Urdu. Every label can be edited with custom translations, so any language can be completed or adjusted.

Does Arabic display right to left?

Yes. Arabic and Urdu screens and receipts use a right-to-left layout, with numbers kept readable.

Can different staff use different languages?

Yes. Language is set per user, so the crew and the owner can each work in their own language on the same account.

Can receipts be in two languages?

Receipt and invoice layouts can include text in more than one language, for example Arabic and English for UAE customers.

Can I change the wording on buttons?

Yes. Custom translations let you change any label in any language without waiting for an update.

Is support available in my language?

The USA desk supports English and Spanish, the UAE desk Arabic, English and Urdu, and the Pakistan desk Urdu and English.

Is the online store translated too?

The online store follows the account language, and product names and descriptions are written by you in whichever language your customers read.

Is this website available in other languages?

Yes: the home, pricing and contact pages are available in Spanish, Arabic and Urdu. More pages will follow.
