The trial is free; nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Monthly plans
Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged again. We do not refund part-months, except where the law requires.
Annual plans
If you cancel within 14 days of an annual charge, we refund the full annual amount minus the months used at the monthly price. After 14 days, the plan runs to the end of the paid year.
Managed website setup fee
The setup fee covers design and build work. It is refundable in full if you cancel before we start the build, and not after the first draft is delivered.
Bundle
The bundle is month to month. The GHL snapshot installed in your HighLevel account stays there if you cancel. HighLevel’s own subscription is between you and HighLevel.
Your data after cancelling
Export customers, products and sales any time, and for the period stated on the pricing page after cancelling.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Cancel in your account billing settings or ask the desk for your country through the contact page. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
