What you can ask for
A copy of your personal data; correction of inaccurate data; deletion; a portable export; restriction or objection to some processing; withdrawal of consent. California residents can also ask what categories we collect and confirm we do not sell or share data.
How to make a request
Send the request through the contact form (choose “Something else”) or by email using the button on this page. Include your name, how you contacted us (email or phone used) and what you are asking for.
Verification
We will confirm your identity by matching details you already gave us. An authorised agent must show written permission.
Timing
We respond within the period the law sets — for example 45 days under the CCPA/CPRA — and tell you if we need more time.
If a car wash holds your data
Car washes using GetCarWashPOS control the data about their customers, such as plates and memberships. Ask the car wash; we act on their instructions.
