Fleet car wash accounts that pay on terms

Delivery vans, rental cars, landscapers, taxis: let their drivers wash on account and send the company one statement — with credit limits, pay terms and a history per vehicle.

Selling fleet accounts in your area

Fleets buy predictability: a fixed price per wash, one invoice and proof of each wash. Plate history gives you the proof, and the statement gives their accounts team one number.

  1. 1Quote a contract price per wash
  2. 2Offer a fleet membership for heavy users
  3. 3Send the statement on the same day each month

Fleet accounts: the short answer

A fleet car wash account lets a company's drivers wash without paying at the time; each wash is charged to the company's account and invoiced on agreed terms such as Net 30. GetCarWashPOS keeps fleet customers with credit limits, pay terms, vehicles and plates, and shows what each account owes.

What it won't do (so you can plan for it)

  • Collections and late fees are your process; the POS shows balances and due dates but does not chase payments.
  • Fuel cards and third-party fleet payment networks are not integrated; ask on your demo if your fleets use one.

Fleet accounts: questions

How do fleet car wash accounts work?

The fleet company opens an account with you and agrees a price and pay terms. Its drivers wash without paying; each wash is charged to the account, and the company pays one statement at the end of the period.

Can I set a credit limit for each fleet?

Yes. Each fleet customer has a credit limit and pay terms; when a sale would exceed the limit, the POS warns the cashier.

Can fleets pay a monthly membership instead?

Yes on Tunnel and Network: a fleet plan covers a set of vehicles for a monthly price, billed to the account.

How do drivers prove they belong to the fleet?

By plate (typed or read by your LPR integration), by a fleet card number you issue, or by the driver's name on the account — your choice.

Can I give fleets a different price?

Yes, through a selling price group assigned to the fleet customer, so contracted prices apply automatically.

Can fleet statements cover several locations?

Yes on the Network plan; washes at any of your sites appear on the one account.

Is it included in Bay?

Yes. Fleet accounts with pay terms work on every plan; fleet memberships need Tunnel or Network.

How do I record a fleet payment?

Open the account, add the payment with method and reference, and it is applied against the oldest invoices first or the ones you choose.
